My musical influences include so much that I don't know where to start. As far as saxophonists go Sonny Rollins, Stan Getz, and Lee Allen are currently the first that come to mind. Different artists that I love include: Stevie Wonder, Kool and the Gang (pre-JT), the Meters, the Beatles, Van Morrison, James Brown, Prince, Michael Jackson (pre-white), and Me'shell Ndegeocello.

 

Favorite Song(s):
I love "Deacon Blues" by Steely Dan and "Keep on Smilin'" by Wet Willie, plus I always love to play "Do You Know What It Means To Miss New Orleans?"


Favorite Road Restaurant:

With PGF, the first gig in San Francisco after Hurricane Katrina will always have a special place in my heart.
